This two bedroom apartment, situated in South Kensington, is spread over the ground and lower ground floors of an archetypal Victorian garden square property. The clients were keen to create a deluxe feel in the main living areas using a few key materials. They wanted it to be elegant and fit for modern living, making the best use of the available space. We used a dark palette in the integrated kitchen with soft lighting effects to give the space a luxe vibe.
The darker colours blend out into the rest of the apartment, giving a good base to add pops of colour. Bespoke kitchen, bathroom and bedroom joinery maximises the storage space throughout. Period features, such as cornicing and fire surrounds were lovingly restored.
